adminIl circuito Talkessel di Teutschenthal ha ospitato il Gran Premio di Germania, settimo round del Campionato Mondiale Motocross FIM 2026. Il weekend di gara è stato caratterizzato da un meteo variabile con un clima mite al sabato e forti piogge alternate a schiarite la domenica.
Nella classe MXGP Jago Geerts (Beta Rx450) ha chiuso prove libere e cronometrate al quattordicesimo e quindicesimo posto. In qualifica il belga ha chiuso invece diciottesimo. Una caduta al primo giro ha compromesso la prima manche, che Jago ha terminato in zona punti, ventesimo. Migliore è stato invece il piazzamento nella seconda dove è riuscito ad interpretare al meglio il tracciato tagliando il traguardo in quattordicesima posizione.
Ventesimo nell’assoluta di giornata, il belga è diciannovesimo nella classifica di campionato.
Jago Geerts: “Sono contento di aver terminato il fine settimana con un’ottima gara due. Nella prima manche sono caduto al primo giro e ho dovuto rimontare dalle ultime posizioni in un tracciato che ho faticato ad interpretare al meglio. Nella seconda mi sono sentito subito bene e ho spinto al massimo per finire quattordicesimo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare in pista in Lettonia. La sensazione è che sto migliorando ogni settimana. I risultati non sono ancora quelli a cui punto ma sento che stiamo andando nella giusta direzione.”
Nel quarto round del Campionato Europeo EMX250 Brando Rispoli (Beta RX250 2t) sabato ha faticato a trovare il feeling col tracciato. Sedicesimo nel suo gruppo di prove cronometrate, il toscano ha finito la prima manche al trentaseiesimo posto. Nella seconda è scattato tra i primi quindici e in qualche giro ha rimontato fino alla decima posizione. Una successiva caduta l’ha fatto scivolare indietro ma è stato in grado di recuperare fino alla dodicesima posizione finale. Nonostante abbia raccolto punti solo in gara due, Brando è terminato diciannovesimo nell’assoluta di giornata.
Brando Rispoli: “Gara caratterizzata da alti e bassi. In qualifica ho faticato ma durante le gare ho trovato un buon ritmo. Nella seconda sono arrivato nella top ten ma una caduta mi ha fatto perdere diverse posizioni. Alla fine però ho rimontato fino al dodicesimo posto. Ci vediamo in Lettonia.”
Weekend sfortunato per Alexis Fueri (Beta RX 250 2t) all’europeo EMX250. Dopo aver segnato un ottimo settimo tempo nel suo gruppo di prove cronometrate, il francese si è fermato a metà gara nella prima manche dopo una caduta e ha preferito non partire nella seconda.
Alexis Fueri: “In Germania ho vissuto un weekend molto difficile, tra cadute e prestazioni al di sotto delle mie capacità. Sono molto dispiaciuto per come è andata questa gara e voglio scusarmi con tutto il team. Userò i prossimi giorni per riprendere fiducia in me stesso e presentarmi nelle migliori condizioni il prossimo fine settimana a Kegums.”
Il prossimo fine settimana MRT Racing Team Beta Factory sarà impegnato nella terza gara consecutiva in tre settimane. Il circuito Zelta Zirgs di Kegums ospiterà infatti il Gran Premio di Lettonia, ottavo appuntamento dell’edizione 2026 del Campionato Mondiale Motocross FIM.

BETA MRT – GP GERMANY
The Talkessel circuit in Teutschenthal hosted the German Grand Prix, the seventh round of the 2026 FIM Motocross World Championship. The race weekend was marked by changeable weather, with mild conditions on Saturday and heavy rain alternating with sunny spells on Sunday.
In the MXGP class, Jago Geerts (Beta Rx450) finished free practice and timed practice in fourteenth and fifteenth place respectively. In qualifying, however, the Belgian finished eighteenth. A crash on the first lap compromised the first race, which Jago finished in the points, in twentieth place. He performed better in the Race 2, where he managed to ride the track to its greatest potential, crossing the finish line in fourteenth position.
Finishing twentieth overall for the day, the Belgian is nineteenth in the championship standings.
In the fourth round of the EMX250 European Championship, Brando Rispoli (Beta RX250 2-stroke) struggled to find his rhythm on the track on Saturday. Sixteenth in his timed practice group, Brando finished the first race in thirty-sixth place. In the second race, he started among the top fifteen and, within a few laps, had fought his way up to tenth place. A subsequent crash saw him slip back, but he was able to recover to finish in twelfth place. Despite only scoring points in race two, Brando finished nineteenth overall for the day.
It was an unlucky weekend for Alexis Fueri (Beta RX 250 2t) at the EMX250 European Championship. After setting an excellent seventh-fastest time in his qualifying group, the French rider was forced to retire midway through the first race following a crash and chose not to start the second.
Next weekend, the MRT Racing Team Beta Factory will be competing in their third consecutive race in three weeks. The Zelta Zirgs circuit in Kegums will host the Latvian Grand Prix, the eighth round of the 2026 FIM Motocross World Championship.
Jago Geerts: “I’m pleased to have ended the weekend with an excellent Race 2. In the first race, I crashed on the first lap and had to fight my way back from the back of the field on a track I struggled to get to grips with. In the second race, I felt good straight away and pushed as hard as I could to finish fourteenth. I can’t wait to get back on track in Latvia. I feel like I’m improving every week. The results aren’t quite where I want them to be yet, but I feel we’re going in the right direction.”
Brando Rispoli: ‘A race full of ups and downs. I struggled in qualifying but found a good rhythm during the races. In the second race I was in the top ten but a crash cost me several places. In the end, though, I fought my way back up to twelfth place. See you in Latvia.’
Alexis Fueri: ‘I had a very difficult weekend in Germany, with crashes and performances below my usual standard. I’m very disappointed with how this race went and I want to apologise to the whole team. I’ll use the next few days to regain my confidence and be in the best possible shape for next weekend in Kegums.’
