In the MXGP class, Jago Geerts (Beta RX450) started the weekend with the thirteenth fastest time in both free practice and timed practice. The Belgian mounted a solid comeback in qualifying, finishing thirteenth again. Geerts had a solid first moto, posting good pace to finish thirteenth. Jago improved in the second moto, finishing twelfth. Thirteenth overall, Jago climbed to fifteenth in the championship standings.
With the race in Turkey now behind us, next weekend MRT Racing Team Beta Factory will take part in the Grand Prix of China, the penultimate round of the 2026 edition of the FIM Motocross World Championship, which will be held at the Shanghai International Offroad Circuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
